Despite going to bed early(ish) last night, I still didn't manage to sleep eight hours. I tossed and turned for a while, dozed off, woke up. Finally really fell asleep but it was probably about 3 am. But, I did exercise today, and I did fine food-wise, so not too bad.
|Breakfast -- Cauliflower/butternut squash soup with chicken|
|Lunch -- roasted carrots with garam masala seasoning, chicken salad wrapped in a collard leaf, and half an apple (the other half was in the chicken salad).|
|Supper -- Italian sausage and marinara sauce with sweet potatoes and cherry chocolate kombucha.|
