Whole30#2 Day 9

Despite going to bed early(ish) last night, I still didn't manage to sleep eight hours. I tossed and turned for a while, dozed off, woke up. Finally really fell asleep but it was probably about 3 am. But, I did exercise today, and I did fine food-wise, so not too bad. 

Breakfast -- Cauliflower/butternut squash soup with chicken

Lunch -- roasted carrots with garam masala seasoning, chicken salad wrapped in a collard leaf, and half an apple (the other half was in the chicken salad).
Supper -- Italian sausage and marinara sauce with sweet potatoes and cherry chocolate kombucha.


  1. No sleep here either, though not by my choice. Tonight I can't seem to get tired though.

    1. That's different. I have no problem getting tired, only getting to sleep. hopefully you'll get tired soon enough to get some sleep before it's time to wake up.
