This is actually yesterday's post that I didn't post because I was busy catching up on some stuff for work that I needed to get finished that I'd been putting off. Nothing like waiting until the last minute to get stuff done, huh? I've really got to work on that. Anyway, I did get 8 hours of sleep Monday night, I didn't exercise on Tuesday, but I did stay on track as far as what I ate.
Here's what I had:
|Breakfast -- scrambled eggs with spinach, roasted sweet potato with mayo for dipping, and grapefruit.|
|Lunch -- two grassfed beef hot dogs, kale chips, cup of cauliflower/butternut squash soup, and pineapple/coconut/ginger kombucha.|
|Supper -- cauliflower/butternut squash soup, topped with ground beef.|
