It was a very lazy day for me. I didn't exercise. I didn't get eight straight hours of sleep last night, but I did take a nap -- does that count? Eating-wise, everything went well.
Here's what I ate:
Breakfast -- breakfast casserole, breakfast salad, coconut cream. |
Lunch -- hamburger salad, with roasted sweet potato. |
Supper -- soup topped with sausage. |
Tomorrow, I have to go to the store and prep food for next week. I probably should have done that today.
